【XM外匯市場分析】：績前股價突然撲高，美團面臨Q3答卷的考驗

XM港股：美團(03690)將於本週五(28日)公佈第三季業績，預計將公佈三年多來的首次季度虧損，原因是“非理性競爭”抹去了該季度的大部分利潤。本次財報的核心看點，在於市場將如何評估美團“用利潤換市場”策略的成效。

根據彭博分析師的一致預期，美團第三季度營收為976.4億人民幣，同比增長4%；由於Q3外賣競爭壓力到達頂峰，本季度調整後淨虧損138億元，同比由盈轉虧。

市場焦點預期將集中於核心本地商業業務的收入情況，以及集團於用戶及商戶層面的激勵措施。彭博智庫指出，面對阿里巴巴(09988)、京東(09618)等主要競爭對手，美團持續加大推廣及補貼力度，或令盈利能力及現金流承壓。即時配送交易量增長則有望提昇運營效率，部分抵消激勵措施帶來的盈利壓力。

機構數據顯示，以外賣市場來看，美團以50%的份額（約7100萬日單）保持領先，市佔率下降；阿里巴巴佔據42%（約5900萬日單），而京東則以8%（約1100萬日單）的份額位居第三。而美團的每單虧損目前遠低於競爭對手，摩根大通預計美團有望在2026年年中實現盈虧平衡，下半年每單盈利0.4-0.5元。

核心本地商業：收入增速可能保持中高個位數（例如5%-8%），但若想超出預期，需要證明在投入可控的情況下實現增長。市場希望看到用戶數據的穩步回暖，但更關心的是用戶留存率和自然流量的佔比，而非單純靠補貼拉動的虛假繁榮。因此主要關注核心本地商業的經營利潤率或經調整EBITDA利潤率。

美團優選等新業務仍是“燒錢”大戶，新業務虧損是否持續收窄也是關注點所在，預計三季度虧損24億元相比上半年季度並未顯著增加，不過彭博智庫料相關新業務投入或令集團虧損進一步擴大。市場將持續關注其虧損率（經營虧損率）是否環比繼續收窄，任何關於該業務線實現盈虧平衡或尋求商業模式轉變的信號都將被視為利好。另外，市場亦關注美團的海外業務發展，旗下Keeta第三季於卡塔爾、科威特及阿聯酋等地擴展。 10月底，Keeta在巴西正式啟動運營。

今年以來，美團於十大恒生科技指數成份股當中跑輸其餘成份股，累跌超26％，跑輸其他藍籌股。如果業績顯示核心業務收入增速超預期，且經營利潤率優於市場悲觀預期，管理層在電話會中給出清晰的盈利改善路徑，股價將獲得上行動能。但如果收入符合預期，但利潤大幅低於預期，新業務虧損再度擴大，管理層無法給出盈利回暖的時間表，股價將跟隨悲觀情緒震盪下行。

美團股價在今日獲得追捧，跳空高開後早段一度升7%至10月底以來高位，如果業績優於預期，且第四季度補貼壓力放緩，平台逐步回歸理性營運，則股價有望延續反彈，指向120港元的短線目標。但如果業績令人失望，則關注繼續下探新低位指向86港元的壓力。
